THE KINGS MOUNTAIN SOCCER CLUB
The Kings Mountain Soccer Club Academy PDP (Player Development Program) is designed to help players reach their highest potential through regular instruction and training that happens throughout the year (details below). We want every player developing and having fun through regular, one-on-one interaction with their soccer ball. We want the player to "own the ball". We believe the better the player becomes individually, the more fun they will have. This has certainly been the case with our KMSC Academy PDP and we look forward to many years to come of surfacing and developing players in the greater Kings Mountain Area.
Age Specific: For ages 4 to 15
Experience: All experience levels welcome. We have something available for all player levels.
Skill Level: Player should be able to dribble from one end of the field to the other without losing control of the ball.
Family Priority: Parents must be committed in making this a priority. As such, we require a commitment of regular attendance.
Quality Time: Parents must be willing to spend time working with their child at home.
Curriculum: Our fun filled game-based curriculum will allow each child to develop fundamental soccer skills, maximize ball touches, and increase athletic development. Our curriculum is planned and executed based on our core distinctives and values.
Cost: As former players and coaches, we want to be generous with our time and money. Per the vision to make this accessible to all young, inspired soccer players, we have chosen to make participation affordable. The cost is $5/session. This fee covers certain equipment needs, hydration replenishment during sessions, field use, and communication needs.
